Mrs Andrew's Mindfulness Challenges

I hope you have all been enjoying my mindful challenges.  This week I have added a new challenge for everyone - Breathe!


Mindful breathing is really good for you for so many reasons.  Some of you may be coming back to school and I think these breathing techniques may help you when you will have lots of things to thing about.


Head to the Breathe page and give it a go!  I would love to see some photographs and videos of you trying out the techniques uploaded to your Dojo portfolios.  Perhaps to follow my "Smile" video I can create "Breathe" as a sequel!
